and confusing process, that of evaluating and investment real estate and mortgage transactions.
Company founder and investment
director Dave Van Waldick, is a real estate and mortgage industry veteran
with 20 years experience in acquisition, finance, marketing, strategic planning,
and e-commerce. He has positioned the company with a strong focus in residential
investment real estate, utilizing optimum financial structure, active portfolio
management, as well as a unique insight into automated property valuation and
financial analysis, and 20 years of real
estate negotiations and closing services.
Western Realty Investment Advisors,
a subsidiary of WRFCO, Interactive "Where the Internet Meets the Realty World", has been operating since 1990. The company
specializes in providing investment advisory and broker services for private and institutional
investors with medium to long term objectives. He
has worked with some of the nation's
top real estate firms, mortgage lenders, and industry service providers to develop and improve business
development and analytical decision tools. Mr. Van Waldick has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with
a concentration in Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management. Prior to
that he served for six years in the U.S. Navy as a
shipboard Radar Operator and Air Intercept
Controller, completing two overseas tours at the end of the Vietnam era.
